These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Squareset Group website, property vetting assessment, intelligence reports, and related materials (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

What Squareset Group Does

Squareset Group operates as an independent property vetting desk. We publish research on Panama off-plan real estate and provide a screening tool that filters projects against benchmarks we track, including contractual buyer protection, developer funding security, and historical delivery performance.

We do not act as your broker, agent, developer representative, escrow provider, lender, lawyer, accountant, or investment advisor. We do not accept exclusive listings and we do not sell properties on commission.

All content on this site, including reports, benchmarks, assessment results, and project data, is provided for general educational and screening purposes only. It is not investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any property or security.

Real estate laws, contract terms, tax treatment, and market conditions vary by jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for verifying facts, reading contracts, consulting licensed professionals, and making your own decisions before wiring deposits or signing agreements.

Assessment and Screening Results

The property vetting assessment is a screening filter, not a guarantee. A project that clears our baseline criteria may still carry risks we have not identified. A project that does not clear may still be suitable for your specific situation.

Screening results depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide and the data available to our desk at the time of review. Data can change without notice as developers amend terms, delay construction, or alter financing structures.

Accuracy and Updates

We work to keep our research current, but we do not warrant that any content is complete, accurate, or up to date. Off-plan markets move quickly. You should treat our materials as a starting point for your own due diligence, not a final approval.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes.
• Scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute our research or database outputs without written permission.
• Attempt to probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Misrepresent your identity or submit false information through the assessment.
• Use our materials to imply that we endorse, guarantee, or broker a specific transaction.

Intellectual Property

The Squareset Group name, logo, website design, reports, benchmarks, and original written content are owned by us or our licensors. You may view and download materials for personal, non-commercial use related to your own investment research. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

Third-Party Links and Projects

Our site may reference developers, agencies, documents, or external websites. We do not control third parties and we are not responsible for their conduct, marketing claims, or contract terms. Any relationship you form with a developer or broker is solely between you and that party.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SQUARESET GROUP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SQUARESET GROUP AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, CAPITAL, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Squareset Group from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your property transactions with third parties.

Changes to the Services and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Squareset Group is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue over disputes arising from these Terms or the Services, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
